Villa Aurelia extends over 145 square meters and can accommodate 6 guests. The 3 classic-style bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and all bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and other toiletries, as well as private air conditioning. The ground floor of Villa Aurelia consists of one large open space with kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy in the beautiful dining room for 6 people. The living room is equipped with a large comfortable sofa, satellite TV, creating the perfect entertainment space for the whole family.
The large outdoor area with olive trees has a stunning private outdoor pool with indoor stairs, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. From the pool, guests will have a beautiful view of the surrounding area of greenery and clear skies. Furthermore, on the terrace there is an outdoor dining area with barbecue for those who enjoy eating in the fresh air. All our guests will have access to a basketball / volleyball court, mini golf, table tennis, and the youngest can play in a tree house or playground which is also used by 2 villas in the neighborhood.

Villa Aurelia is located 10 km from Labin, a medieval town on a hill above Rabac, close to large green areas suitable for many outdoor activities, tasting fine local wines, cuisine and visiting restaurants that will make your stay more than pleasant. Beautiful beaches are located just a few kilometers from the villa near Rabac. You will not be far from the main viewpoints of Istria, Kvarner and Gorski kotar. Visit the beautiful city of Opatija, the Roman Colosseum ‘Arena’ in Pula, the authentic Mediterranean and beautiful old towns on the Istrian coast such as Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec, Umag, medieval towns such as Hum, Motovun, Grožnjan and the island of Brijuni (National Park, exotic animals in the open) and golf resort), Cres, Lošinj and many others.
