The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with TV and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with TV/sat, a fully equipped kitchen with wine refrigerator and a table for 8 people that provides everything you need for great company and enjoyment. In the basement there is a playroom equipped with billiards, table football, Playstation, darts and mini bowling.
For more outdoor fun, there is also a volleyball and basketball court, mini golf, a children’s playground with a tree house and table tennis.
There is also an outdoor charcoal grill, sun loungers and a covered terrace with a large dining table. You can also enjoy an easy bike ride and explore the landscape as the villa also offers bicycles which are included in the price.

Villa Emma Maria is 10 km away from Labin, a medieval town on a hill above Rabac, close to large green areas suitable for many outdoor activities, tasting fine local wines, cuisine and visiting restaurants that will make your stay more than pleasant. Beautiful beaches are located just a few kilometers from the villa near Rabac. You will not be far from the main viewpoints of Istria, Kvarner and Gorski kotar.
